ENERGY EFFICIENT LIGHTING DESIGN’s services extend throughout Manhattan’s five boroughs and neighboring communities. Included in their numerous projects are lighting upgrades for condos/co-ops, high-rises, walk-ups, offices, and rentals. The structures vary in size, style, and age, but the bottom line remains consistent: reduce costs, improve building aesthetics, acquire incentives, and meet the new energy codes.
We partner with management companies to advise the most effective energy and financial saving strategies available---among them are Douglas Elliman, Charles H. Greenthal, Century, and Pride.
We work with The Folson Group, financial consultants to co-ops and condos who seek out cost-cutting measures to benefit their clients. Tina Larson and Mark Foley bring EELD into the equation to recommend and implement energy saving lighting upgrades and to expedite the incentive process.

"We have been working with EELD for the past five years to upgrade stairwell, common hallway, and exterior lighting around our 2,820-unit Co-op in the heart of Chelsea. EELD has worked closely with Management on these upgrades, meeting current energy guidelines without compromising aesthetics and always coming in on budget. I highly recommend Marilyn Sloane and Linda Segreto as consultants in this field."

"I push hard for EELD on our projects. I have been recommending them to the property managers we work with. I think we complement each other, and I wish all of our clients would listen."
